Our Complimentary "Sounding Board" Offer Now Available

We would like to extend a complimentary 45-minute "Sounding Board" where you can tell us your biggest problems, most pressing needs, complex opportunities and we'll be the sounding board to bounce ideas, perspectives and solutions.

TILT YOUR HEAD

Take a moment to tilt your head and rotate the mental image.

What may look like an abstract and unfamiliar problem is often a structured and familiar challenge you've seen before, albeit in different context.

Let us be the sounding board - book a complimentary call.

ASK NOT THE OBVIOUS

Defaulting to the obvious can sometimes block solutions.

If something doesn't work, we default to "How do I make this work?"  If something isn't fast enough, we default to "How do I make this faster?"

In most cases, defaulting to the obvious will get us sufficient results.  But sometimes we face challenges that need a less than obvious approach.

We can start by asking not the obvious, but related questions, like "Why isn't this working?" or "What's causing this thing to slow down?"

Experiential Design Workshop
LEARN FROM OTHERS

We can learn a lot from examples outside our industry, profession, even history.

Elegant solutions found in other industries, professions, even across time can hold concepts that apply to the very challenges we face.

Learning from them, seeing their relation to our circumstance and drawing on insight and experience is what we're all about.
